The ultrasound is a diagnostic imaging method of organs and vessels of the body, whose display is produced by ultrasonic waves.
The ultrasound is one of the most reliable diagnostic techniques. It is a completely pain-free, fast examination, with no exposure to ionizing radiation and it can detect many problems that previously needed more painful and more costly tests.
The modern ultrasound equipment at the Centre for Individualised Medicine in the Isthmos of Corinth, machines such as the General Electric Logic 9 and 7, is safe, accurate and it offers high-resolution 3D and 4D imaging capabilities.
